This is our family site with 88 units- Waldron Terrace which consists of 1-4 bedroom units. Waldron Terrace is deisgned for disabled individuals. This complex gives preference to those with unmobility and impairment.

Leonard Cooke Pine Street Homes
Pine Street Homes In 2009 VNHA became Property Manager for the newly constructed Leonard Cooke Pine Street Homes (PSH). PSH is a 28 unit development that caters to the disabled. VNHA is paid a management fee for these services and leases the property that the buildings are built on to PSH.
