Leonard Cooke Pine Street Homes
Pine Street Homes In 2009 VNHA became Property Manager for the newly constructed Leonard Cooke Pine Street Homes (PSH). PSH is a 28 unit development that caters to the disabled. VNHA is paid a management fee for these services and leases the property that the buildings are built on to PSH.
